Our dog never listened, did what he wanted when he wanted as if we were the pet, and that just wasn't acceptable. after our first training session with Sal we noticed a night and day difference. within the first few weeks Sal has transformed our nightmare of a pup into a disciplined, obedient and we'll trained dog!

I got two Pit Bull pups about 3 weeks apart...i know as if one pup wasn't enough of a handful to handle, my dumbass goes ahead and takes on two. I found complete k-9 services on Facebook in a local town page and messaged Sal, his response was fast and to the point. we set up a time for him to come meet the pups and they took to him from the beginning!! he's like the dog whisperer lol we chose our program and i found it super convenient owning a business that he actually came and picked them up for school on scheduled days. i was amazed with the results after 1 class especially being how young both pups are. what the hell was i doing wrong that Sal was nailing to teach these pups? Sal has since graduation checked in with us and asked about the dogs, he really creates a bond with each dog he trains and has a passion for it... the money was well worth it and definitely fairly prices. i was reminded of that old Saying "sometimes you have to leave it up to the professionals" sometimes we want to believe we are jacks of all trades and masters of none... thankyou so much Sal for the time and dedication you put into our pups we are thankful for you treating them as they are to us FAMILY!!!

We had been eyeing up dog training for awhile before my husband happened upon the Complete K9 Services page.
Our dog, Kuma, is a great listener, was quick to train as a puppy, and always eager to please us. He is a great family dog and super sweet with everyone. Another dog showed aggression at a dog park once, that left Kuma insecure and defensive around male dogs, all before covid hit. So socialization became minimal (he has a couple of puppy-friends) and we were left wondering how did we fix this?
During our consult and subsequent 6-day trains, Sal was able to pick up on our expectations for our dog and easily bring him back to his social self. Kuma’s walking manners have manifested amazingly, his listening has improved, but overall I love that Sal developed a working friendship with him. Every time Sal came to the house, Kuma was OVERJOYED for his lessons. Sal is very patient and a fountain of information; more than capable of teaching owners as well!
We plan on seeing Sal in the future and have already recommended him to a handful of our friends and family. So worth it.

Sal has helped my shy dog so much! He not only trains your dog but teaches you how to maintain what they learn under his care. We have trained with Sal weekly for about a year now. He sends detailed daily updates so you won’t miss your pup too much. I leave my girl in his care whenever I go away to brush up on her training. Highly recommend his services.

Sal watched my Doberman for a few days while I was out of town and sent plenty of updates! He also got some good training sessions in with her to keep up with her obedience, etc. I will definitely be using his sitting and training services in the future!

Sal is absolutely amazing!
He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient with my German Shepherd. Training has been incredible, and my dogs quality of life has significantly improved, as well as my own.
Boarding has been a life saver for me as well, as I like to go away frequently, and no longer worry about who is going to take care of my dog. As a single guy, vacations used to be incredibly stressful worrying about who would be able to watch my dog, primarily because I did not want to leave him in a kennel. I am incredibly thankful for Sal. My dog is incredibly comfortable with him, and I now have peace of mind when I go away.
Would highly recommend for any breed, for training/boarding!

We reached out to Complete K9 Services several months ago because our 4 year old Labrador, Marshall, was really hard to handle on walks. The pulling was intense, and if we saw another person or dog on our walks it was hard to hold him back, and usually I would just turn around to walk back home totally discouraged. He would bark or growl at other dogs, and it made me really nervous that I wouldn't be able to handle him in those situations. At home he was the perfect family dog, loving and kind to my kids, and happy to play in the yard, but we wanted him to be able to enjoy life with us and go out on walks, hikes in the woods, exploring with our busy family. In addition to that, 6 months ago, Marshall started having partial seizures, and our vet recommended working with a qualified trainer to teach him to "place" safely if a seizure was coming, on or in the midst of happening. So that really set our search into motion.
Sal, owner of Complete K9 Services, came up with a really thorough training plan to help us reach (and exceed) our goals! We started day trains several times a week with Sal in April, and by mid May, Marshall had worked through all of his leash issues, and was positively thriving in situations that previously would set him off. We have spent a lot of time working on our "homework" from Sal, and it's been so rewarding for me to gain the confidence and partnership with Marshall.
One of my big goals was to be able to bring Marshall with me to the farm where I keep my horse. The job of being a "barn dog" requires sharp and accurate obedience to keep everyone safe around strong 1300 lb animals! Sal worked with me at the barn, and Marshall was a shining star through the whole experience. He even stayed in "place" when a curious barn cat came to see what was going on! Having Marshall at the barn with me was something I never imagined possible, but with Sal's guidance and confidence building teamwork, we knocked it out of the ballpark!
I will continue to be a client of Sal's long term! He is so kind, encouraging, and patient with the dogs he works with; it is a real reflection of how passionate and committed he is to being a top professional in his field. We are looking forward to continuing our training and group classes. This whole experience has given me and Marshall a whole new dynamic to our lives together, and I am so grateful!

I had the pleasure of working with Sal at Complete K9 Services and he was a pleasure! He was extreme knowledgeable and I saw a difference with my Jack Russell terrier after the 1st visit. Overall great experience using them and I would recommend to anyone looking for a trainer!
Sal did an amazing job with our 11 month old puppy, Sadie, a high energy Australian Shepherd/Ca dog mix. He conducted 6 8 hour sessions with Sadie over three weeks and the transformation has been out of this world! He is excellent with animals and their humans too!

We can't say enough good things about Liz & Sal. We worked with Liz for two weeks to train our super anxious dog and the difference is amazing. They tailored their training plan to specifically meet our family's needs and make sure we had tons of opportunities to practice with our dog. Liz sent us photos and updates each day and even worked our toddler into some of her trainings! We will be boarding our pup with them in a few weeks and know he will be in the best hands to continue his program!

Sal and Liz were amazing!! My husband and I have pretty tough work schedules and both Sal and Liz were beyond accommodating to make sure we both got to be there for training sessions. Our golden retriever puppy did day training with them and learned how to walk in the heel position on the leash and learned recall among other commands to enhance overall behavior at our house and in the public setting. They offer many other services that we will also be using in the future! Not to mention I even got text updates during his training. I highly recommend!
